Jember Fashion Carnaval (JFC) is a colorful annual event serving as a platform for cultural expression addressing global issues, brought to life through handcrafted costumes created by hundreds of talented youths. Originating from the vision of the late Dynand Fariz, JFC has grown into a catalyst for global recognition and a driver of the local economy, taking Indonesian artistry to international stages such as the Nice Carnival (France), Shibuya Sakura Matsuri (Japan), CAEXPO (China), and the Chingay Parade (Singapore).
This Headquarters tour plan is specifically designed for a duration of 30–60 minutes, taking participants on a journey through JFC’s history, up-close views of grand carnival costumes, and interactive photo sessions wearing unique costume pieces.

JFC Headquarters Tour Plan (Duration: 45–60 Minutes)
- Welcome & Brief Introduction (5–10 Minutes)
- Location: Lobby / Welcome Hall of JFC Headquarters.
- Activities: Participants are greeted by the tour guide and given a brief introduction to JFC’s philosophy (“From Jember to the World”) alongside the iconic theme song, “Tetap Bersama” (“Stay Together”), which embodies the legacy of visionary founder Dynand Fariz.
- History Highlights & Recent JFC Event Story (15 Minutes)
- Location: JFC History Gallery Room.
- Narrative Presentation:
- JFC 2025 (Evoluxion): Showcasing the journey of creative evolution, record-breaking tourist visits, and the significant socio-economic impacts on Jember.
- International Achievements: Stories of JFC’s cultural diplomacy on the world stage (Nice Carnival France, Shibuya Sakura Matsuri Japan, CAEXPO China, and Chingay Parade Singapore).
- JFC 2026 (HEAL: Humanity, Earth, and Life): Introduction to the main carnival theme held at Central Park Jember, focusing on healing humanity, the earth, and life.
- Festival Costume Gallery Tour — July 26th Collection (15 Minutes)
- Location: Costume Display Area.
- Activities: Participants observe handcrafted, grand costumes up close, including those featured during the main July 26 festival event. Guides explain the intricate craftsmanship, the use of recycled materials, and the background concept of each parade defile.
- Interactive Photo Session & Closing (15 Minutes)
- Location: Photo Corner / Interactive Studio.
- Activities:
- Try-on & Photo Session: Participants get the opportunity to try on custom JFC costume elements or accessories and take photos at a dedicated studio backdrop.
- Snapshots & Digital Artwork: Participants are invited to share their photos on the JFC Snapshots community gallery platform and explore the JFC Digital Artwork collection.
